After subscribing there is no download, no source-code delivery and no licence key to set up.
There is also no step for you to complete. Your payment confirms and the terminal opens.
Step 1: Payment received
Stripe confirms the payment and the success page sends you straight into onboarding.
Your dashboard does not call access active until it genuinely is, so the status you read is the status you have.
Step 2: The terminal opens
As soon as your payment is confirmed your terminal is open. There is nothing else for you to do.
If your payment does not confirm, your dashboard says so and points you at support rather than leaving you guessing.
Step 3: Dashboard status
Your dashboard names the current state and the one thing to do about it.
The states are: no subscription yet, active, a subscription ending on a date you can see, a failed payment, or a cancelled or expired subscription.
You never have to guess which of those you are in.
Step 4: Get your bearings
The setup guide walks through the rooms in the order that makes the first ten minutes useful: cycle, signals, risk, Market Intel, chart.
Nothing has to be configured first. Preferences are there if you want them and remembered per account.
Step 5: Use support if needed
Use support for onboarding help, setup questions, access questions, billing questions, and product updates.
