How Terminal Access Works
Understand how PrismEdge terminal access works, what unlocks when your payment is confirmed, and what happens if a payment fails.
Educational only
Guides explain workflow and structure, not financial advice.
No source-code delivery
Access is the hosted terminal itself. Nothing is downloaded.
Risk remains
Trading involves risk and results are never guaranteed.
PrismEdge access is a subscription to a private trading terminal that runs in your browser.
There is nothing to download, no licence key to paste, and no third-party account to connect. Your terminal opens on the account you already signed up with.
What you are buying
A PrismEdge subscription unlocks the full terminal: signals, the cycle matrix, risk, Market Intel, the chart and alerts.
Access is tied to your PrismEdge account. Sign in from any device and the same terminal opens.
- One monthly subscription, cancel any time.
- No source code, no files, no installer.
- Nothing to configure before it works.
- The same terminal on desktop and mobile.
When access starts
Your terminal opens the moment your payment is confirmed.
Your terminal opens the moment Stripe confirms your payment. There is no queue, no review and no setup step to complete first. If a payment does not confirm, your dashboard says so and points you at support instead of leaving you waiting.
Payment is handled by Stripe. When Stripe confirms it, your subscription becomes active and the terminal is open. There is no review step and no queue.
How the dashboard reports it
Your dashboard names the current state in plain words: active, ending on a date you can see, or a billing problem it tells you how to fix.
It never reports access that is not really there. If something is wrong the dashboard says so and points you at support rather than leaving you guessing.
If a payment fails
A failed renewal does not lock you out the same second. Stripe retries a declined card for several days, and your dashboard shows the warning with a link to update billing.
If the retries never succeed the subscription ends and the terminal closes. Paying again reopens it immediately.
Cancelling
You can stop your subscription renewing from the billing page at any time. That does not cut access off on the spot: you keep the terminal until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The dashboard shows that date so you always know where you stand.
Within 14 days of the day you subscribed you can also cancel the contract itself at /cancel-contract. That ends access straight away and refunds the share of the month you did not use.
What access is not
A subscription buys the terminal. It does not buy an outcome, and PrismEdge is market-information software rather than financial advice.
Nothing here guarantees a result. Every trading decision, and every consequence of it, stays yours.
Risk note
Trading involves risk. This content is educational only. A momentum indicator is a market information and education tool, not financial advice, and no result is guaranteed.
