Key points
Private access product. PrismEdge is subscription access to the private PrismEdge terminal. Access is tied to the account that holds the subscription.
No source code delivery. Monthly Access does not include source code, downloadable files, resale rights, license keys, or ownership of the signal logic.
No guaranteed results. The service supports chart review and setup workflow. It does not guarantee profit, accuracy, win rate, or any market outcome.
01Trader identity
PrismEdge is a business name of Robert Iordache, a sole trader in Ireland. For any contract, billing, cancellation or account question, contact support through the Support page or write to privacy@prismedge.eu; requests are handled against the account the request comes from. Postal address available on request by email. PrismEdge is registered in the Register of Business Names kept by the Companies Registration Office (Ireland), business name number 790230.
02Account use
Customers must keep account access secure, use accurate signup information, and avoid sharing private dashboard access with unauthorised users.
03When access starts
Access starts when your payment is confirmed and lasts for the period you have paid for. It ends when the subscription ends, or immediately if it is revoked for a breach of these terms.
04Early Access
PrismEdge is offered as Early Access. The service described on our website is live and available to you now, and we continue to develop it, so features, interfaces and content will be added and improved over time. What you subscribe to is the service as described when you subscribe; something we describe as planned is not part of that until it is released. When we change the service we keep it conforming to that description, and if a change would materially and negatively affect your access or use, we will tell you beforehand and you can end the contract free of charge. Early Access does not limit or replace any of your statutory rights, including your right to cancel, your remedies if the service does not conform, and the Refund Policy.
05Subscription billing
Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at Stripe Checkout. Cancelled, failed, expired, or past-due subscriptions may lose private terminal access.
06Payment processing
Stripe processes payments and subscription management. PrismEdge stores billing references only as needed to keep dashboard state aligned.
07User responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own trading decisions, platform setup, alert settings, risk management, and account security.
08Auto-renewal
Monthly Access renews automatically each month at the displayed price until you stop it. Stop renewal any time from the billing portal; access then runs to the end of the month already paid for and nothing further is charged. This is separate from your 14 day right to cancel in the last clause.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EU consumers keep any mandatory protections of the law of their home country that cannot be set aside by agreement.
10Liability
PrismEdge is not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under EU or Irish consumer law.
11If the service does not work as described
Monthly Access must match its description, work the way a service of its kind normally would, and receive the updates it needs. If it does not, the Consumer Rights Act 2022 entitles you to have it fixed within a reasonable time; if that is not done, or the problem is serious, you can ask for a proportionate price reduction or end the contract and get back what you paid for the time it did not conform.
12Support and changes
If an account, billing, or access issue appears, contact support so the request can be reviewed against account records.
13Your 14 day right to cancel
As a consumer you can cancel Monthly Access without giving a reason until the end of the 14th day after the day you subscribe, using the cancellation function at /cancel-contract, the model form in the Refund Policy, or an email to privacy@prismedge.eu. Because you ask at checkout for access to start straight away, you pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to your notice (nothing, if your checkout did not record that request), and the rest is refunded within 14 days to the same payment method. A renewal continues the same contract and does not start a new period. The Refund Policy explains this in full.
