Key points
Private access product. PrismEdge is subscription access to the private PrismEdge terminal. Access is tied to the account and the TradingView username submitted by the customer.
No source code delivery. Monthly Access does not include Pine Script source code, downloadable files, resale rights, license keys, or ownership of the indicator logic.
No guaranteed results. The service supports chart review and setup workflow. It does not guarantee profit, accuracy, win rate, or any market outcome.
01Trader identity
PrismEdge is operated by Robert Iordache, sole trader, Ireland. For any contract, billing, or account question, contact support through the Support page or write to privacy@prismedge.eu; requests are handled against the account the request comes from.
02Account use
Customers must keep account access secure, use accurate signup information, and avoid sharing private dashboard access with unauthorised users.
03Access review
Submitting a TradingView username starts the access review. Approval may be manual, and access can remain pending until the username and subscription state are confirmed.
04Subscription billing
Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at Stripe Checkout. Cancelled, failed, expired, or past-due subscriptions may lose private terminal access.
05Payment processing
Stripe processes payments and subscription management. PrismEdge stores billing references only as needed to keep dashboard state aligned.
06User responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own trading decisions, platform setup, alert settings, risk management, and account security.
07Auto-renewal
Monthly Access renews automatically each month at the displayed price until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EU consumers keep any mandatory protections of the law of their home country that cannot be set aside by agreement.
09Liability
PrismEdge is not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under EU or Irish consumer law.
10Support and changes
If an account, billing, or access issue appears, contact support so the request can be reviewed against account records.
11Withdrawal right for EU consumers
EU consumers normally hold a 14 day withdrawal right on distance contracts. PrismEdge access begins immediately after payment, so checkout asks you to request immediate access and to acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once access is granted. The Refund Policy explains this in full.
